What we keep,and why
Short version: what you type into the form, so a tutor can get back to you. Nothing sold, nothing shared beyond what it takes to answer you.
What we collect
When you ask for a tutor we collect your first and last name, your email address, your phone number, the course codes you picked, your major, and your section if you give it. If you write in the box asking what is going wrong, we keep that too. That is the whole list, and it is the same list the form shows you.
Why we collect it
To match you with a tutor who took your course and to come back to you with a name and a time. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to advertisers.
Submitting the form opens WhatsApp with a message already written, containing the details above. Nothing is sent until you press send — that message is yours, and if you never send it we simply have your enquiry on file and will follow up. Once you do send it, WhatsApp carries and stores it under their own terms, not ours.
Analytics
We measure which pages get used and where the form gets abandoned, so we can fix it. Those events do not carry your name, email or phone number; where a submission is counted, the identifier is hashed before it leaves your browser.
How long we keep it
Getting it deleted
Ask and we delete it. Message us on WhatsApp and say you want your details removed.
